Good to know
Do I need a card to start?
No. Every new business gets 14 days of Pro free with no card. After that you move to the free plan unless you choose a paid one, and nothing is deleted.
Is there a contract?
No. Pay monthly or yearly, and cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Who answers the expert questions?
Qualified consultants at 3Sixty Health and Safety, the team that built the Hub. You ask from inside the app, and the answer comes back to you there and by email.
Will it work for my kind of business?
When you add a site/location you choose what happens there (office, shop, café or restaurant, warehouse, workshop or small trade, school, college or nursery) and the Hub suggests the checks it needs. You can add your own checks for anything else.
Where is my information kept?
On secure servers in the UK. Your own team can see your records, and so can our health and safety experts. They are bound by confidentiality and only look at records to answer your questions and give the support you have signed up for. Our privacy policy has the details.
